警方就一宗謀殺及自殺案見記者：
［2023年5月1日］
今日上午9時55分，深旺道28號住宅滙璽發生雙屍墮樓案。一名30歲女子攜同一名5歲幼童疑於高處墮下，倒臥於平台，二人當場證實死亡，警員於現場沒有檢獲遺書。警方證實兩名死者為母子關係，同屬本地人士。女死者丈夫案發時於內地工作，已聯絡並趕回港，初步從有否感情糾紛調查。
警方將案件列位「謀殺」及「自殺」處理，稍後將安排為死者進行驗屍，以確定其死因。交由深水埗警區重案組跟進。
A tragic incident occurred this morning at Block 28, Sham Mong Road, where a 30-year-old woman and her 5-year-old son fell from a height and were found dead on a platform. The incident was reported at 9:55 am, and upon arrival, authorities confirmed the deaths of both individuals. No suicide note was found at the scene.
According to police investigations, the deceased were mother and son, both local residents. The woman's husband was working in mainland China at the time of the incident and has since been contacted and returned to Hong Kong. Authorities are looking into the possibility of emotional disputes prior to the tragedy.
The case is being treated as both a murder and a suicide, and a post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause of death. The Serious Crime Unit of the Sham Shui Po Police District will be handling the case.
