今日早上11時，一名男子前往上水新康街67號一間超及市場，期間於貨架上擸走48罐「珠江橋牌」豆豉鯪魚後，大模廝樣從超市正門準備離開。一名店員見狀起疑，望向男子之際男子突然掏出一把鎅刀，其時店員未敢輕舉妄動，待賊人離開後報警求助。
警方接報到場調查，了解事件後於附近進行兜截，惟未發現賊人蹤影。翻查閉路電視後，警方鎖定一名事發時身穿黑色風褸、藍色長褲、身上背有紅色背包並佩戴口罩的男子，現正追緝歸案。
In a robbery incident this morning at approximately 11 am, a man went to a supermarket located at 67 San Hong Street in Sheung Shui. During his visit, he took 48 cans of "Pearl River Bridge" preserved fish with fermented black beans from a shelf and attempted to leave the supermarket. A store employee noticed the suspicious behaviour and became wary, but the man suddenly pulled out a knife, causing the employee to freeze in fear. After the thief left, the employee reported the incident to the police.
The police arrived on the scene and conducted an investigation. They searched the surrounding area but did not find any trace of the thief. After reviewing the CCTV footage, the police identified a man wearing a black windbreaker, blue pants, a red backpack, and a mask during the incident. The police are now actively searching for the suspect.
