《全民新聞台》［港聞］北角的士意外 84歲男司機5000元保釋 5月再訊

前日於北角發生嚴重交通意外，導致4人受傷，其中2人仍然危殆。84歲司機被起訴一項「危險駕駛引致他人身體受嚴重傷害」罪，今日於東區裁判法院提堂，被告暫時無需答辯，裁判官准許被告以5000元保釋，並須交出駕駛執照及旅遊證件。案件押後至5月16日再訊。

A serious traffic accident happened in North Point on Sunday, causing four people injured, two pedestrians seriously injured and remained in critical condition in the hospital. The 84-year-old driver is charged with dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm, appeared in the Eastern District Court today. No plea was taken and the case was adjourned until May 16. The defendant was released on bail of HK$5,000 and ordered to surrender his passport and driving licence.
