再有公立醫院設施發生事故，大埔那打素醫院公布，內科病房昨晚有一支床頭燈組件鬆脫及移位，無人受傷，院方已安排檢查院內其它同類裝置，預計明日（13日）完成，病房運作維持正常。
院方表示昨晚約9時半接獲報告，事發後已即時向醫管局總辦事處呈報，凌晨已完成檢查及維修床頭燈，將詳細調查事件成因。
Another accident has occurred in a public hospital facility, as reported by the N.T. North District Hospital. A bed lamp component in the internal medicine ward of the Tai Po Nethersole Hospital became loose and shifted last night, but no one was injured.
The hospital has arranged an inspection of other similar devices within the hospital and expects to complete it by tomorrow (13th), while the ward continues to operate as normal. The hospital received a report around 9:30 pm yesterday and immediately reported the incident to the Hospital Authority. The bed lamp was inspected and repaired during the early morning hours, and a detailed investigation into the cause of the incident will follow.
