今日早上11時23分，荔枝角曼克頓山發生一宗墮樓意外。一名38歲女傭於寶輪街1號曼克頓山6座，疑清潔窗戶時不慎失足，從高層一單位高處墮下，飛墮平台位置。
警員及救護員到場，發現女傭重傷昏迷，隨即送往明愛醫院搶救，惜搶救後證實不治。警員其後於肇事單位登門調查，初步懷疑女傭於伸手抹窗時意外失足墮下。
Tragedy struck in Manhattan Hill, Lai Chi Kok this morning at 11:23am when a 38-year-old female domestic helper fell from a high floor while cleaning windows and landed on a platform. The incident occurred at Block 6, Manhattan Hill 1 on Po Lun Street.
Emergency services, including police and ambulance personnel, were quickly dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, they found the domestic helper unconscious and with serious injuries. She was rushed to Caritas Medical Centre for treatment, but despite the best efforts of medical staff, she succumbed to her injuries. Preliminary investigations by the police suggest that the domestic helper lost her footing while cleaning the windows and accidentally fell.
