今日下午18時17分，油麻地新填地街197號朗華酒店，有保安員發現一名女子於高處墮下倒臥在酒店平台位置，平台上植物遭壓毀，有樹枝從平台跌落地面，保安於是報警。消防趕至現場升起雲梯進行救援，事主證實當場死亡。受事件影响新填地街一度全線封閉，現時已解封。
At 6:17 pm this afternoon, a security guard at the Lumine Hotel located at 197 Reclamation Street in Yau Ma Tei discovered a woman had fallen from a height and was lying on the hotel's platform. The plants on the platform were damaged and branches had fallen to the ground. The security guard immediately reported the incident to the police. The fire department arrived on the scene and used a ladder to rescue the victim, but it was confirmed that she had died. The incident caused the entire Reclamation Street to be temporarily closed to traffic, but it has since been reopened.
