今日下午2時28分，一名53歲女士行經深水埗北河街街市附近，被一名64歲男子扒竊身上一部手提電話。其時情況剛好被附近進行反罪惡巡邏的警員發現，隨即上前對男子進行截查，警員於男子身上搜出受害人的手提電話，並當場將男子以涉嫌盜竊拘捕。被捕男子被帶回警署作進一步調查，現正被扣留，案件由深水埗警區刑事調查隊第一隊跟進。
At 2:28pm today, a 53-year-old woman was robbed of her cell phone by a 64-year-old man near the market on Pei Ho Street in Sham Shui Po. Fortunately, nearby police officers conducting an anti-crime patrol noticed the situation and immediately intercepted the suspect. The officers found the stolen cell phone on the suspect and arrested him on suspicion of theft.
The suspect has been taken to the police station for further investigation and is currently in custody. The case is being handled by the Criminal Investigation Team of the Sham Shui Po Police District.
