前支聯會副主席鄒幸彤及4名前常委，被指沒有遵從通知提供支聯會組織活動的相關資料予國安處，先前已有2名被告包括梁錦威及陳多偉認罪，被判囚三個月。而鄒幸彤（38歲）大律師、前常委鄧岳君（55歲）無業以及徐漢光（74歲）退休人士則不認罪，經審訊後最終判處罪成，今日在西九龍法院判囚4·5個月。裁判官准許3人保釋等侯上訴，當中鄒幸彤因涉及另案需還押。
Former vice chairman of the Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China, Tonyee Chow Hang-tung, and four former executive committee members were accused of not complying with a notice to provide relevant information on the organization's activities to the National Security Department. Earlier, two defendants, including Leung Kam-wai and Chan Tuo-wei, pleaded guilty and were sentenced to three months in prison.
Chow Hang-tung, a 38-year-old lawyer, former executive committee member Tang Yuk-kwong, a 55-year-old unemployed person, and retired 74-year-old Xu Han-guang denied the charges. After trial, they were ultimately found guilty and sentenced to 4.5 months in prison today at the West Kowloon Court. The judge allowed three people to be released on bail pending appeal, but Chow Hang-tung was remanded in custody for another case.
