前職工盟秘主席李卓人妻子鄧燕娥，於3月9日被國安處人員以違反國安法29條「勾結外國或者境外勢力危害國家安全罪」拘捕。鄧燕娥於今日准以20萬元保釋候查，並需交出旅遊證件。
鄧燕娥早前離開香港前往外國探望女兒，因上月李卓人手腕受傷，鄧燕娥本月初返港探望丈夫，並於離港前一天被捕。鄧燕娥保釋時表示，自己一直從事勞工權益工作，對被國安處拘捕一事感到莫名其妙。
On March 9, Elizabeth Tang, the wife of former chairman of the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions Lee Cheuk-yan, was arrested by National Security officers for violating Article 29 of the National Security Law, which pertains to "colluding with foreign or external forces to endanger national security."
Today, she was granted bail in the amount of HKD 200,000 and is required to surrender her travel documents. Tang had traveled abroad to visit her daughter before returning to Hong Kong to see her husband, who injured his wrist last month. She was arrested the day before her departure from Hong Kong. Tang, who has been involved in labor rights work, expressed confusion over her arrest by the National Security Bureau.
