今日早上7時17分，灣仔謝斐道151-161號金聲大廈有石屎剝落，擊中2樓閣樓簷篷及玻璃窗，碎片飛彈至大廈對開行人路。石屎剝落面積約50厘米乘50厘米，幸事件中無人受傷。警方圍封附近一帶，稍後待屋宇署人員進行檢查。金聲大廈業主立案法團主席表示，已收到屋宇署發出的強制檢樓令及強制驗窗令，正與顧問公司處理相關文件。
At 7:17 a.m. this morning, there was a concrete spalling incident at 151-161 Jaffe Road, Wan Chai. The spalling debris hit the canopy and glass windows on the 2nd-floor mezzanine of Kam Sang Mansion, scattering fragments onto the pedestrian walkway across the building. The area of the concrete spalling was approximately 50 cm by 50 cm. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. The police have cordoned off the surrounding area, and personnel from the Buildings Department will conduct an inspection later. The Chairman of the Incorporated Owners of Kam Sang Mansion stated that they have received the mandatory inspection order and mandatory window inspection order issued by the Buildings Department, and they are currently dealing with the related documents through a consulting company.
