警方就乙明邨誤殺案交待案情：
［2023年5月7日］
今日凌晨12時34分，沙田乙明邨停車場收費亭發生一宗誤殺案。據稱當時一名29歲男子駕車出閘，期間與收費亭一名69歲男保安員疑因出閘問題發生爭執，其後保安員倒地。
救護員接獲報案到場，將倒臥地上的保安員由救護車送往威爾斯親王醫院救治，惟搶救後延至凌晨1時07分不治，警方將案件列位「誤殺」並展開調查。並根據閉路電視，於現場發現一輛涉事私家車，於車上拘捕涉案的29歲男司機。人員同時於車上搜出2克懷疑大麻危險藥品，男司機涉嫌「誤殺」及「藏有危險藥品」被拘捕，現正扣留調查。
Man Accidentally Killed Toll Booth Guard in Parking Lot Argument
A 29-year-old man accidentally killed a 69-year-old toll booth guard early today following an argument over exiting the parking lot. The incident took place at 00:34 AM at Sha Tin Jat Min Chuen Parking Lot toll booth.
According to reports, the man was driving out of the toll booth when he got into a dispute with the guard over exiting issues. The argument allegedly turned physical and the guard collapsed. Paramedics rushed to the scene but the guard failed to respond to resuscitation efforts and was pronounced dead upon arrival at Prince of Wales Hospital at 1:07 AM.
Police classified the case as accidental homicide and have detained the 29-year-old driver for questioning. During searches, police also found 2 grams of suspected marijuana in the man's vehicle. The driver is now facing charges for accidental killing and possession of dangerous drugs.
