下午1時32分，彌敦道弼街交界金輪大廈發生一宗墮樓案。一名25歲男子疑從大廈天台一躍而下，倒臥弼街行人路近隧道口位置。救護員趕至現場，瞬即將男子送往廣華醫院急救，搶救後於下午2時09分證實死亡。
現場行人路留下一灘血跡以及死者所佩戴的口罩，經初步調查死者並非大廈住戶，警方及後於大廈上樓搜索，調查男子墮樓原因，其後於大廈天台發現男子遺下的眼鏡及遺書，疑因感情問題而輕生。
In a tragic incident that occurred earlier today, a 25-year-old man fell from the rooftop of a Building, located at the intersection of Nathan Road and Pitt Street. The incident happened at approximately 1:32 pm, and the man landed on the pedestrian walkway near the entrance of the tunnel, lying on his back.
Paramedics arrived on the scene immediately and rushed the man to Kwong Wah Hospital for emergency treatment. Sadly, at 2:09 pm, the man was pronounced dead.
Preliminary investigations have revealed that the man was not a resident of the building. The police have since conducted a search of the building and are investigating the cause of the man's fall.
A pool of blood and the mask worn by the deceased were found at the scene. The incident has caused shock and distress among residents and passersby.
