今日下午2時23分，警方接報於東龍洲有人墮海遇溺。救護員完趕至現場，發現一名老翁疑釣魚期間意外墮海，人員將老翁救起，送往東區醫院搶救，可惜最後搶救不治。警方及後於現場調查意外起因及事發經過。
At 2:23 pm today, the police received a report that a person fell into the sea and drowned in Tung Lung Chau. Paramedics rushed to the scene and found an elderly man who apparently fell into the water while fishing. The man was rescued and taken to the East District Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, his condition deteriorated and he eventually passed away. The police are investigating the cause of the accident and the sequence of events leading up to it.
