荃灣芙蓉山大窩村昨晚發生火警，6間鐵皮屋被焚毀，有居民昨晚被疏散至社區會堂暫避，於今日早上返回現場點算損失。
有居民返回住所，發現家中物品已盡燒毀，包括大量現金鈔票，已經大面積被燒焦，未知能否向銀行兌換新鈔票；亦有居民發現部分裝有財物的鐵盒未能尋回，另外一些重要的證書，出生證明文件等被燒毀，部分更加已經不能補領，大感傍徨。
A fire broke out in Tai Wo Village, Fu Yung Shan, Tsuen Wan last night, destroying six tin-sheeted houses. Residents were evacuated to a community hall for temporary shelter and have returned to the scene this morning to assess their losses.
Upon returning to their homes, some residents found that their belongings, including a large amount of cash, had been completely destroyed by the fire. The burnt bills are now unrecognizable, and it is unclear if they can be exchanged for new ones at the bank. Others discovered that some of their iron boxes containing valuables could not be found.
Additionally, important documents such as birth certificates were also destroyed in the fire, leaving some residents unable to replace them and feeling lost.
