今日晚上9時，警方接獲報西環歌連臣街近堅尼地城海旁發生交通意外，一名南亞裔送外賣男子踩單車經過上址，被一輛電車撞倒捲入車底，消防及救援人員趕往現場，並出動坍塌搜救專隊協助，約半小時將傷者救出，送往瑪麗醫院治理，送院時清醒， 警方正調查意外原因。
A delivery man was involved in a traffic accident near the seafront of Collinson Street in Sai Wan, at around 9:00 p.m. yesterday. According to the police, the man was riding his bicycle when he was hit by a tram, which dragged him under the carriage. Firefighters and rescue personnel rushed to the scene, and the Urban Search And Rescue Team was deployed to help. After about half an hour, the victim was rescued and rushed to Queen Mary Hospital for treatment. He was conscious when taken to the hospital. The police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
