銅鑼灣希慎道蟾宮大廈「水門雞飯」，今日下午2時許，一名71歲男廚開工期間不慎跣倒，頭撞地一度陷入昏迷，同事見狀報警，救護員接報趕至將傷者送往律敦治醫院搶救，送院後回復清醒，現時情況穩定。警方將案件列作「工業意外」，正在現場調查意外經過及原因。
已故歌星梅艷芳母親梅媽證實傷者為兒子梅啟明。
At around 2 pm today, a 71-year-old male chef at the "Water Gate Chicken Rice" restaurant in Causeway Bay, accidentally slipped and fell while at work, hitting his head and falling unconscious. His colleagues immediately called the police and paramedics, who rushed to the scene and took him to the Queen Mary Hospital for emergency treatment. After being admitted to the hospital, he regained consciousness and his condition is now stable. The police have classified the case as an industrial accident and are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
It has been confirmed by the mother of the late singer Anita Mui, that the injured person is her son, Mui Kai Ming.
