政府今日刊憲，宣布根據「職工會條例」，「醫管局員工陣線」（HAEA）已於上週五（3月24日）解散。
「醫管局員工陣線」早於2019年社會運動期間組成，前主席余慧明因牽涉民主派初選案現正受審。根據組織簡介表示，該團體致力於政治問題、醫管局內部問題等。於疫情初期，曾經發起6000名醫護大罷工，要求政府「封關」以減低散播風險。而組織於去年6月，而舉行特別會員大會，通過動議解散。
The SAR government published in the Gazette on Friday that the Hospital Authority Employees Alliance - a public healthcare workers union, has been disbanded according to Trade Unions Ordinance last Friday (March 24).
The union was formed in 2019 during social movements. Its founder and former chairwoman Winnie Yu Wai-ming is now on trial for alleged involvement in the pro-democracy camp's mock primary election case. The group focuses on political issues, internal issues of the Hospital Authority, etc. according to its introduction. The organization held a special general meeting last year in June and passed a resolution to disband.
